开启全民净水的新时代

世界卫生组织在2005年调查指出,人类疾病80%和人类33%的死亡与水有关!国内的水系基本全部被污染,极大地危害人们的身体健康。

水是生命之源!水是新陈代谢的主要物质,是运输营养成分的主要载体。我们每天使用的自来水含有大量的纳米颗粒和有毒成分,特别是PM2.5和PM1.0,这些纳米颗粒能被人体血管直接吸收,极大影响身体健康。过滤纳米颗粒和病毒细菌对身体健康具有非常重要的作用,因此纳米膜过滤代替血管过滤的水龙头纳滤净水器具有非常重要的现实意义。

在开发这款全新的水龙头纳滤净水器过程中,南通百博丝纳米科技有限公司遇到一个棘手的技术问题:纳米纤维膜组件的优化设计。实验表明不同的纳米纤维表观形貌、纳米纤维网状结构、复合结构等因素对水通量影响极大。为了使得水龙头纳滤净水器在固定压力作用下有更高的流量,南通百博丝纳米科技有限公司与内江师范学院非线性科学与应用研究所进行了产学研合作。所长吴国成博士应用分数阶微积分的基本理论,模仿蚕茧结构进行仿生设计,并应用变分迭代算法很快地解决了这一瓶颈问题。百博丝员工无不赞叹数学的伟大,真正感受到“数学是生产力”这个放之四海而皆准的科学道理。

南通百博丝纳米科技有限公司第一款纳米产品——水龙头纳滤净水器将在9月中旬上市,这款新产品包括陶瓷过滤、活性炭过滤和纳米膜过滤,能够完全去除水中的纳米颗粒(特别是PM2.5和PM1)、细菌、病毒、微生物、离子态的重金属等物质,使水质达到弱碱性小分子活性水。过滤后的水保留对身体有用的矿物质,是养生水。
